At the beginning of this craziness, I also had this question. So, believe me; I have been in your shoes.
After researching precautions and following up with CDC safety guidelines promptly, I can tell you it is possible to live a life at least as close as possible to what used to be considered normal not long ago. It is also possible to photograph indoors and outdoors!
That said, I still follow health and safety protocols according to CDC's guidance on studio protocol:
