Sales Tax and is paid at the time of your order. In order to help you purchase your heirloom items, we offer payment plans that suit your needs.

The Retaining Fee holds and guarantees the date and time of your session. It will be deducted from the remaining balance in lieu of our Creation Fee.

In case of cancellation or change of plans, the Retainer Fee becomes non-refundable, to clients.  

Sessions can be rescheduled, due to severe weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations, and other important factors prevenient of forces of nature. In this case, the Retainer Fee remains non-refundable but can be used for the client to have his session rescheduled only ONCE. 

This is an exclusive, limited-time, incentive to our clients during pandemic times.
