Typically, Cake Smash sessions are booked for 1st or 2nd birthday celebrations. However, celebrations in the studio are growing, so anyone can enjoy them in style and stress free, from 1st to 101st birthdays!

Safety, Precautionary Health Measures, and Hygiene protocols are taken seriously in my studio. Our whole building's air purifying system is constantly running to ensure peace of mind so you can fully enjoy your session!
Cakes, Sets, Props & Planning:
We provide a white buttercream icing cake from a local professional bakery. However, parents are welcome to bring elaborate or specialty cakes due to possible food and allergy restrictions. Please communicate clearly with photographer during booking process.
All of our Sets are put together, cut, assembled and disassembled, by hand!
We have many backdrops available for your session.
Detailed and brand-new themes are welcome. However new creations may require 4 weeks notice so we can design and cut all elements by hand, order main pieces (out of state) that compose the set and even drive to pick and place orders to vendors.
Parents are welcome to provide personal or heirloom outfits of their choice.
The Studio may provide a neutral outfit upon request.
Elaborate outfits or Closet Upgrades varies from extra $35 to $100 and you will receive extra courtesy images: from 2 to 5 extra images.
The ideal timeframe for planning an elaborate, artistic Cake Smash Session is at least 6 to 8 weeks before the session's day.
Planning ahead is key to a stress-free, successful Smash Session to die for!
For shorter timeframes or last-minute requests, I suggest opting for one of our available backdrops or packages.
SESSIONS:
Our sessions are limited to immediate family members only: parents or siblings before the baby's session, depending on selected package.
Parents and siblings are welcome to participate; however, the standard size of a smash backdrop is approximately 7' x 5' (feet). It's common that many family members together will hide the backdrop.
The day of your Smash Session:
Please reserve at least two hours on your calendar for cake smash arrangements, from leaving and returning your home, depending on travel distance. Avoid rush and stress on the baby. Please arrive on time. Not earlier than agreed or late.
I normally do not rush time for my sessions. I love to work with each family, exclusively and aiming for quality! An enjoyable Cake Smash Experience in our Studio, can be done from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on selected package, arrangements with photographer and comfort level of your baby. I always respect the baby's needs. Sometimes it is necessary to extend the session a little longer and other times, there is no need of adjustments during the flow of the session.
Please note cake will not be supplied if there are any types of food allergies to be considered. There are many other options that can replace a traditional cake and won't affect the amazing result of the photographs and amazing memories.
PRICING:
All packages include a digital transfer of selected gallery images and a print release. Package descriptions are subject to change from time to time.
Our goal is to offer exclusive, one-of-a-kind photo sessions!
Pricing and Quotes are valid for 7 (seven) business days.
There is a non-refundable retainer fee of $120 in case of cancellation.
If there is no cancellation, it will be credited toward your session balance.
Payment plans are available.
Pricing includes: consultation and guidance in the process, our preparation guide, clean ups, stage set-up design and planning, cake ordering and pick up, bath after smashing the cake, my time and talent to set-up and embellish the stage for your selected theme, selection and preparation of the right equipment for your session, my time and talent to beautifully edit your images, preparation and delivery final documents, access to a beautiful online gallery for you to view, download and share your images electronically.
